Whole pig or pulled pork and crackling roll with apple and pear chutney.

Pork and crackling with pickled carrots, lettuce, cucumber, coriander and chilli sauce.
The Baron
Pork and crackling with coleslaw and Pig Baron BBQ sauce.
Texas
Texas beef brisket with coleslaw, cheddar and Pig Baron BBQ sauce.
Cowboy
Texas beef brisket with pickled onion rings, chipotle aioli, jalapenos and cheddar.
Hercules
Slow cooked lamb with tzatziki, lettuce, tomato and onion.
